Exchange and Return Policy

WEBSITE RETURN POLICY.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your items are unsatisfactory, Fit-Rite Fashions gives you the following options:

  1. You may exchange the product for any other style, size or color. Simply pay the $15.00 shipping charge.
  2. Fit-Rite Fashions give you the option to return the item and get a full store credit.
  3. Fit-Rite Fashions gives you the opportunity to return the item for a refund less a restocking fee in the amount of 15% of the purchase price. No restocking fees will be charged for exchanges or store credit. Store credit is valid for three years after activation. Your store credit starts from the day we receive your return item. Shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE that this policy only applies to Non-Sale Items. All sale/discounted items are final sale. In addition, THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO UNDERGARMENTS OR HATSwhich are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for any reason. THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO GROUP ORDERS EXCEPT AS FOLLOWS: Group orders may not be returned; they may be exchanged. There are no refunds or credits issued on items ordered for groups of any size.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS.

  • All items must be postmarked within 10 days of your order.
  • The item must not have been worn, changed, altered, or washed and must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Please return the merchandise in a properly sealed and protected package. We suggest registering and insuring your package as Fit-Rite Fashions does not accept any responsibility for packages sent by customers nor are we responsible for lost packages without a proof of delivery.
